# Delete tracks

## Delete a track

You can delete a track from the Web UI or the Instruqt CLI:

1. Click ••• on the track you want to delete, followed by **Delete track**.
2. Click **Confirm**.

1. Open a terminal and change into the track directory that you want to delete.
2. Enter the following command:

   ```xml
   instruqt track delete
   ```

   ↳ The track files will still exists on your machine but the track will be deleted from Instruqt
