# Users

The Users report shows activity per person. Each row is one user, with their activity combined across all their plays of tracks and labs. To look at individual plays, use the Sessions report.

To open it, select **Reporting** in the left navigation, then select **Users**.

### The table

* **Plays** – the number of plays the user finished in the selected period. Each replay counts separately. Plays that are still in progress appear once they end.
* **Completion** – the share of the different tracks and labs the user finished at least once. This is based on content, not plays: replaying finished content doesn't change it, and an unfinished retry doesn't lower it. This is different from Completion rate in the Activity report, which is based on plays.
* **Avg. Progress** – the average progress across the user's plays. Longer content weighs more, and plays the user abandoned lower the value.
  * For tracks: completed challenges divided by total challenges.
  * For labs: completed or skipped items across the lab's chapters, pages and activities.
* **Avg. Time spent** – the average time per play, from start to the last activity. Paused time is included.
* **Last active** – when the user's most recent play ended. This can be later than when they stopped working, for example when a play ran until its time limit.

### Filters

Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow the list:

* Date range
* Play type
* Tracks
* Labs
* Invites
* Landing Pages
* Users
* Tags/groups

Use the **Include anonymous** toggle to show or hide anonymous users. This is useful when embeds or open invites create many anonymous accounts.

### User details

Select a user to open their details:

* **Summary** – plays, completion, average progress and average time spent, based on the current filters.
* **Play list** – each individual play, with the content, where the play came from, time spent and last activity.

### Exporting

Select **Download CSV** to export one row per user for the current filters. The export combines tracks and labs. For one row per play, use the Sessions report export.

**Note:** In the CSV export, `time_spent` (average time spent per play) is in seconds, not hours. To convert to hours, divide by 3,600.
