# Sessions report

The Sessions report lists every individual play – one row per launch, across all your tracks. Use it when you need the details of one specific play: who played what, how long they spent, and how it ended.

To open it, go to **Reporting** in the left navigation and select **Sessions**.

### The table

Each row is one play, with the track, the user, their progress, time spent, time paused, and when it started.

You can narrow the list with the filters at the top: date range, play type (Normal plays by default – see Track activity metrics for what that excludes), tracks, invites, pages, users, tags/groups, and custom parameters (the `icp_` parameters passed through embeds).

### Play details

Click a play to open its details panel, with three tabs:

* **Overview** – the play's statistics (progress, time spent, time paused, started time) and its context: where the play came from (source and referrer), the play type, whether it used Hot Start, and why the play ended (for example, the user stopped the track, the time limit ran out, or an inactivity timeout). It also shows the user's feedback rating for this play, and any custom parameters.
* **User details** – who the user is.
* **Activity log** – the play's timeline: track started, each challenge started and completed, and track stopped, each with its timestamp.

From the panel, **See all user activity** takes you to that user in the Users report.

### Exporting

**Download CSV** exports the plays matching your current filters.
